Policy Statement

Cloudtalk Networks Limited recognizes that the health, safety, and wellbeing of its employees, contractors, customers, and visitors are fundamental to sustainable success. In alignment with the ISO 45001:2018 Standard, we are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, free from hazards that could cause injury, ill health, or harm to the environment.

We shall ensure that our activities in Telecommunication Infrastructure, Network Deployment, and Unified Communication Services are carried out in compliance with all applicable Nigerian statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as other obligations to which Cloudtalk Networks Limited subscribes.

Our Commitment

Cloudtalk Networks Limited shall:

  • Provide Safe and Healthy Working Conditions — Ensure all operations, offices, and field activities are designed and maintained to prevent work-related injury, ill health, or occupational hazards.
  • Eliminate Hazards and Reduce OHS Risks — Implement proactive risk assessment and control measures to eliminate or minimize hazards, including ergonomic, electrical, and environmental risks, across all business processes.
  • Comply with Legal and Other Requirements — Adhere strictly to all applicable OHS legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and any other industry requirements relevant to our telecommunications operations.
  • Consultation and Participation — Foster active participation of employees and their representatives in OHS decision-making through a transparent "no-blame" culture that encourages reporting of hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions without fear of reprisal.
  • Competence, Training, and Awareness — Provide continuous training, information, and supervision to ensure that all personnel are competent to perform their duties safely and responsibly.
  • Emergency Preparedness and Response — Establish, communicate, and periodically test emergency response plans to mitigate the impact of incidents such as fire outbreaks, electrical hazards, network field accidents, or health emergencies.
  • Continual Improvement — Review and improve our Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) through audits, monitoring, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure the system remains effective, resilient, and aligned with Cloudtalk's strategic direction.
  • Leadership and Accountability — Ensure management at all levels demonstrate visible leadership, provide resources, and maintain accountability for the implementation and effectiveness of the OHSMS.

Policy Implementation and Communication

This policy shall be:

  • Communicated and explained to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Displayed at strategic locations across all Cloudtalk Networks' facilities and sites.
  • Reviewed annually, or as necessary, to ensure ongoing suitability, adequacy, and alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory updates.
